"Let me start off by saying, the RIGHT realtor matters. I’ve worked alongside Frank in his prior career and he always wanted me to look for a house. I finally decided to start looking, with a different realtor (nothing against Frank). We looked and looked and couldn’t find anything, until we found our dream home. I told our former realtor to put in an offer and let’s hope for the best. Long story short- it didn’t happen. Out of frustration I decided it was best to part ways with our former realtor and start working with a professional, Frank.
